Founded in 1966, Florence Cement Company is a third-generation, family-owned, women-led, union-affiliated heavy civil and infrastructure contractor headquartered in Shelby Township, Michigan. Florence specializes in public and private road construction and full-service site development through its Concrete Production, Concrete Paving, Concrete Repairs, Asphalt Paving, Underground Utilities, and Excavation divisions.
